IMPLEMENTATION MEETING ON THE CREATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE USE OF GEOTHERMAL ENERGY IN BJELOVAR WAS HELD
City of Bjelovar received funds from the EEA and Norwegian grants from the “Energy and Climate Change” program for the creation of technical documentation for the use of geothermal energy.
On July 4, 2022, the first implementation meeting was held within the framework of the project, where an overview of the activities and a plan for further work was given. The meeting was attended by the project team, the partner of Terme Bjelovar and representatives of the company that was chosen to manage the project in the procurement process.
They discussed the procurement plan and its implementation in accordance with their contracting processes, as well as their verification and approvals. All duties and deadlines related to reporting and project implementation are presented. All participants are familiar with the provisions of the contract, prescribed reporting forms and deadlines that must be respected.
During the meeting, it was defined that in accordance with the Communication Plan and the Work Plan of the project, the first Conference will be held in September 2022. The date depends on the confirmation from the EFLA, partner from Iceland, who will also attend the conference.
